Refund Policy

This policy explains the general refund approach for BeSofty. Product-specific refund terms, marketplace rules, or written agreements may apply instead.

Product-Specific Policies

BeSofty operates multiple software products, and each product may have its own refund, cancellation, trial, or subscription terms. If a product publishes separate refund terms, those terms control purchases for that product.

Subscriptions

For subscription products, you may cancel future renewals according to the cancellation options available in the product, marketplace, or billing portal. Cancellation usually stops future billing but does not automatically refund charges already processed unless required by law or stated in the product-specific terms.

One-Time Purchases

For one-time digital purchases, refunds may be reviewed case by case when there is a duplicate charge, billing error, non-delivery, or a material technical issue that prevents reasonable use of the product.

Marketplace Purchases

Some products may be sold through third-party marketplaces, app stores, or payment platforms. Refunds for those purchases may be subject to the marketplace or payment provider's rules and approval process.

Non-Refundable Items

Unless a product-specific policy or written agreement says otherwise, setup work, custom development, consulting, completed services, promotional purchases, and charges for billing periods already used may be non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund

Send refund requests to hello@besofty.com with the product name, purchase email, order ID or invoice number, purchase date, and a short explanation of the issue.

Review Timeline

We aim to review refund requests promptly. If approved, the refund timing depends on the payment processor, card network, bank, marketplace, or billing platform involved.

Abuse and Fraud

We may decline refund requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, inconsistent with the applicable product terms, or connected to violations of our terms of service.
